Why do some Filipinos are always getting mad at each other ,do they fight? ,do they something about it? Well the reason why Filipinos argue ,is because of loss of temperance, unnecessary actions and miscommunication.
Temperance is one of the seven classic virtues, one of the four “cardinal virtues” that are considered the key to being a virtuous person, and also a spiritual characteristic which reflects the spiritual fruit of self-control. Temperance is about being in enough control of our lives that we can dedicate it to God, not the pursuit of addictions or excess or what someone else is coaxing us into craving. An absence of temperance leads to death, injustice, fear, and loss of control. A system of law is, among other things, a way for people in a society to be temperate with each other when dealing with injustices and with people who can’t be trusted. They trust the moderate, controlled responses of law in part because they know that doing otherwise would create far more injustice by creating a spiral of rising vengeance. When we’re not temperate, we do extreme and unloving actions to each other, which cause other extreme and unloving actions to happen, and so on, until it reaches people who are determined to be temperate.
Over-imitation, which is common in
children, is the imitation of elements of an action sequence that are clearly
unnecessary for reaching the final goal. A variety of cognitive mechanisms have
been proposed to explain this phenomenon. Here, 48 3- and 5-year-olds together
with a puppet observed an adult demonstrate instrumental tasks that included an
unnecessary action. Failure of the puppet to perform the unnecessary action resulted
in spontaneous protest by the majority of the children, with some using
normative language. Children also protested in comparison tasks in which the
puppet violated convention or instrumental rationality.
Miscommunication occurs when the managers who speak fail to communicate their ideas and requests to their employees or when the employees who listen fail to interpret the information. From that the problems at the company appeared where employees’ mistakes and confusions will increase while doing their jobs because they don’t have enough information or misunderstand what are the exactly tasks should they do which lead to decline their performance and waste time and as result from that the company’s profit will decrease.
